Terms of agreement in the online store, Accessories for stretch ceilings

Terms of the agreement on the use of the services of the online store kdns.com.ua

This agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is concluded between the kdns.com.ua online store located on the Internet at https://kdns.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the "KDNS online store" or the "Site") and the user services of the online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer"), and determines the conditions for the purchase of goods through the Site.

1. Basic provisions

1.1. This Agreement is concluded between the Buyer and the online store at the time of placing the order. The Buyer confirms his acceptance of the conditions established by this Agreement.

1.2. This Agreement, as well as information about the product presented on the Site, is a public offer.

1.3. The provisions of the Civil Code of Ukraine on retail sale and purchase, as well as the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and other legal acts adopted in accordance with them, apply to relations between the Buyer and the Online Store.

1.4. The buyer can be any individual or legal entity capable of accepting and paying for the goods ordered by him in the manner and on the terms established by this Agreement on the territory of Ukraine.

1.5. The online store reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement.

1.6. This Agreement shall be considered in the form as it is published on the Site, and shall be applied and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

2. Product information

2.1. The product is presented on the Site through photo samples, which are the property of the online store.

2.2. The product may differ from the photo samples, but it will certainly correspond to the characteristics of the selected position.

 2.3. Each sample photo is accompanied by textual information: price and product description.

 2.4. At the request of the Buyer, the manager of the online store may provide (by phone, via e-mail or any other messenger) other information necessary and sufficient, from the point of view of the Buyer, to make a decision to purchase the goods.

 2.5. The price of the goods indicated on the Site can be changed by the online store unilaterally, but not after the order has already been placed by the Buyer and confirmed by the online store.

3. The procedure for purchasing goods

3.1. The buyer has the right to place an order for any product presented on the KDNS Website. Each item can be ordered in any quantity. The order can be placed by the Buyer in the following ways: made by phone or placed independently on the Site.

3.2. After placing an order, an invoice is sent to the Buyer's e-mail confirming the acceptance of the order, indicating the names of the selected goods and the total amount of the order, which is an integral part of this Agreement. Further, the manager of the online store contacts the Buyer (by phone or by e-mail) to receive an order confirmation.

3.3. In the absence of goods in stock, the manager of the online store is obliged to inform the Buyer about this (by phone or by e-mail).

3.4. The buyer has the right to make a preliminary order for goods temporarily out of stock by making an advance payment in the manner agreed with the manager of the online store. If the goods are prepaid, the order is processed only after the prepayment has been made.

3.5. In the absence of goods, the Buyer has the right to replace it with another product or cancel the order.

3.6. The Buyer has the right to refuse the ordered goods at any time before it is sent to the Buyer, notifying the Online Store in advance (by phone or by e-mail).

4. Delivery and acceptance-transfer of goods

4.1. Delivery of goods ordered in the online store, in the agreed quantity and assortment, is carried out by various delivery services throughout Ukraine.

4.2. The possibility of delivering goods to other countries (terms, cost, etc.) is negotiated separately in each case.

4.3. The cost of delivery of the goods is negotiated with the manager of the online store, who contacts the Buyer (by phone or via e-mail or any other messenger), in cases where the delivery is not specified in the estimate, the delivery of the goods can be both paid and free.

4.4. Sending and delivery of the ordered goods is carried out within the terms agreed with the Buyer and / or within the terms specified in the description of the goods

4.5. The buyer is obliged, in the presence of the courier of the online store, to accept the ordered goods in terms of quantity, quality, assortment and completeness of the goods.

4.6. The fact of acceptance of the goods by the Buyer is the payment for the goods.

5. Payment for goods

5.1. The procedure and terms of payment for the ordered goods are negotiated by the Buyer with the manager of the online store (if this is not provided, during the ordering process)

5.2. In cash, the Buyer pays for the goods by transferring money to the representative of the online store who will deliver the goods.

5.3. In case of non-cash payment, the Buyer makes a 100% prepayment for the goods by transferring money to the settlement account of the online store.

5.4. The goods are paid only in hryvnia.

6. Return of goods

6.1. The buyer has the right to refuse the goods after receiving them within 14 days if the goods have not been used. Return of goods of proper quality is possible if it has not been used, its presentation is preserved, the factory packaging, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods are not violated.

6.2. The Buyer is not entitled to refuse the goods of proper quality, having individually defined properties, if the specified goods can be used exclusively by the Buyer acquiring it.

6.3. If the Buyer refuses the goods, the online store returns to him the amount of money paid for the goods, minus the amount of the costs of the online store related to the delivery of the goods to the Buyer and the removal of the goods from the Buyer, no later than ten days from the date the Buyer submits the relevant request.

7. Confidentiality of personal data

7.1. The storage and use by the Site of personal data provided by users is fully consistent with the current legislation of Ukraine on the inviolability of personal information. Personal data of users is not provided to third parties, but is stored to provide the service of selling goods presented on the Site. The site reserves the right to use this information for marketing purposes.

8. Other

8.1. The online store reserves the right to expand and reduce the product offer on the Site, regulate access to the purchase of any goods, and also suspend or stop the sale of any goods at its sole discretion.
